Reinvesting in the people who live here

Ann Street Limited is led by nonprofit developer UCDI as a philanthropic investment in Newport’s Westside — grounded in community, built with purpose.

The Ann Street Hub

Your front door to the neighborhood

Located in the heart of it all, the Ann Street Hub is our on-site home base throughout the life of this development.

It’s where you can meet the sales team, explore floor plans and finish selections, and get answers to your questions about the homes.

The Hub is also a resource for the neighborhood. We believe this project is only as good as the block it’s built on, and we’re committed to connecting current Westside residents with the programs and opportunities available to them through the City of Newport and its community partners.

Whether you’re buying one of the new homes or you’ve lived on this block for years, the door is open — we’d love to welcome you home.
